What are the costs to opening?

Our startup costs are lower than most franchises, and we’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed to get up and running. To get you started though with some numbers. The franchise fee is $40k for one brand and both lawn care and mosquito control brands for $60k.Our royalty is 8.5% with rvenue goals that will lower the rate.

Do I need experience in lawn care or mosquito control to own a Clean Air business?

Nope. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Our franchisees come from all kinds of backgrounds, from teachers to tech professionals. If you care about sustainability and want to grow a business, we’ll help you get there.

How long does the process take before I am officially an Owner?

The process varies from person to person, but typically 2-4 months. Factors include: current knowledge of franchising and Clean Air brands, current career and family situation, dollars you have to open a business, and the number of communications and/or meet ups we both need to feel comfortable with the other.

What are the steps in the process to becoming an Owner?

Is my desired territory available?

There are many prime territories available. Some markets are large enough for multiple territories, too! If you are in a market with an existing location, there may be neighboring territories available. We will discuss that on our initial call.
