From the start, Joseph helps Owners launch their business ensuring they complete a full launch successfully and that they meet or exceed company benchmarks over the first initial months. He continues to work with each Owner on their unique goals and roadblocks along the way.

Dawn is a bona fide master of anything accounting, billing and financial. She trains new owners on our billing system and sets up your personalized books. She supports and assists Owners with invoicing, customer payments, check, credit card and ACH processing, financial goal setting, and general business accounting. In addition, Dawn provides quarterly dashboards and analytics and Bi-Annual Financial proformas.  Dawn also manages the Financial Disclosure Documents, annual audit, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics for HQ .

Chrisane Giard | Sales Support

Chrisane supports Owners by assisting them with their sales process. She helps them by freeing up time and setting appointments for them and working with them within our CRM platform to ensure each Owner is organized and set up to close sales more efficiently. Chrisane is dedicated to helping Owners foster lasting relationships with clients by keeping their communication smooth and organized. She is a source of individualized support for owners needing guidance and excels at promoting the highest quality of customer service with each location and on a national basis.


Kelly Giard | Owner/CEO

Kelly is the Founder and active CEO of Clean Air Lawn Care. He came up with the idea back in 2005 and exited his white-collar career to pursue this business full time in 2008. He is very active in day-to-day operations at Clean Air. Kelly helps local owners individually with business model coaching, provides on-going training, and works with the committee of local owners to ensure the ship is sailing in the right direction. Kelly is very passionate about the success of each Owner and provides a variety of tools to encourage continuous scaling.

Chris Drabek | Training & Development Support 

Chris is a seasoned instructional leader and education administrator responsible for the development, design, and delivery of the dynamic Clean Air new Owner training—a new Owner franchise training that is exceptionally robust and more customized than industry standards. Chris  partners and collaborates with Owners across the network to provide varied opportunities for on-going professional development through remote webinars and an in-person annual national Owner’s conference (CALC-CON). Additionally, through the management of corporate development, Chris enjoys supporting Owners by collaborating and building partnerships with national corporate vendors to support the needs of our local Owners.
