Jon Salazar
Marketing Director
As the Director of Marketing for Clean Air Lawn Care, Jon is tasked with making sure our brand is represented and visible to our customer base. He has a deep passion for serving organizations with values that align with my personal values and considers himself lucky that Clean Air Lawn Care aligns with his core values. Jon is a first-generation American and the first person in his family to graduate college. He believes that work-life balance and a healthy lifestyle take priority over career but balance that with a healthy level of ambition. He believes living in grace, compassion and kindness is akin to living life correctly and espouses these beliefs in his personal and professional life. Jon is a proud cat dad, oldest brother and reliable friend.
Chris Drabek
Training & Development Support
Chris is a seasoned instructional leader and education administrator responsible for the development, design, and delivery of the dynamic Clean Air new Owner training—a new Owner franchise training that is exceptionally robust and more customized than industry standards. Chris partners and collaborates with Owners across the network to provide varied opportunities for on-going professional development through remote webinars and an in-person annual national Owner’s conference (CALC-CON). Additionally, through the management of corporate development, Chris enjoys supporting Owners by collaborating and building partnerships with national corporate vendors to support the needs of our local Owners.
Chrisane Giard
Growth Strategy
Focused on expanding Clean Air Lawn Care’s impact by driving growth for both existing franchisees and new locations.
Chrisane works closely with marketing to help Franchise Owners increase revenue, leveraging digital marketing, traditional methods, and brand positioning to drive local business leads. At the same time, she collaborates with franchise development to grow the Clean Air Lawn Care footprint, optimizing outreach, creating content, and bringing new locations to the brand. Beyond growth, Chrisnae ensures new franchise owners are set up from day one, providing them with the launch tools, strategy, and support they need to thrive.
Joseph Trevino
Innovation and Technology
Clean Air Lawn Care Owners have a true expert supporting their operational needs. As Joseph also owns a Clean Air Lawn Care and Clean Air Mosquito Control locations in Houston, TX. Joseph is the go to when it comes to anything technique, routing, employees, and our customized CRM system. From the start, Joseph helps Owners launch their business ensuring they complete a full launch successfully and that they meet or exceed company benchmarks over the first initial months. He continues to work with each Owner on their unique goals and roadblocks along the way.
Dawn Martin
Director of Finance
Dawn is a bona fide master of anything accounting, billing and financial. She trains new owners on our billing system and sets up your personalized books. She supports and assists Owners with invoicing, customer payments, check, credit card and ACH processing, financial goal setting, and general business accounting. In addition, Dawn provides quarterly dashboards and analytics and Bi-Annual Financial proformas. Dawn also manages the Financial Disclosure Documents, annual audit, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics for HQ.
Kelly Giard
Founder/CEO
Kelly, the Founder and CEO of Clean Air Lawn Care, launched the business idea in 2005 and left his white-collar career to pursue it full time in 2008. As an active leader, Kelly remains deeply involved in the company’s day-to-day operations, providing hands-on business model coaching and ongoing training to local franchise owners. He collaborates closely with the committee of owners to ensure strategic direction and continued growth. Kelly’s passion for the success of each owner drives him to offer a range of tools and resources that support continuous scaling and long-term success.
